By commissioning me, you have agreed to read, understand and accepted my Terms of Services.

I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artworks.

I reserve the rights to decline any commission, this depends on my schedule or if I am uncomfortable with the subject matter of the commission.

I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork if the client breaks any of the terms.

I reserve all rights to post commissioned works on my social media or use them as my portfolio. (Unless client have stated beforehand that they don’t want their work to be posted.)

You may use commissioned artworks for personal/non-commercial purposes ONLY.

You may use the commissioned work to promote yourself with proper credit to me.

You are NOT ALLOWED to make profits using the commissioned artwork, unless you have purchased the Commercial Rights to the artwork. Please consult the artist if you are interested in purchasing Commercial Rights for the artwork you order.

You are not allowed to claim commissioned artwork as your own.

You are not allowed to change the artwork without my consent.

Currently accept Paypal in (USD). Any other forms of payment will regrettably not be accommodated.

Paypal users will have to pay extra for Transaction Fee.

100% upfront payment is advisable prior to the commencement of work. For total fee over 200$ (Including Transaction Fee), you may opt for 50% upfront payment and the next 50% after the final sketch approval.

Strictly no refund after full payment; unless the request is something I can't fulfill or decline halfway.

Price may vary depending on the complexity, category, and other additional factors.

Client will be given 2 thumbnails with very rough sketches for concept/idea (unless client has a very specific idea in mind already).

5 free revisions during concept & clean sketch phase altogether. Any revisions beyond the limits of the quota will be charged 10$ per revision.

Major changes after clean sketch phase will be subjected to charges depending on the complexity & other factors.

★ Minor changes: Small Details, Color Adjustment ★

★ Major changes: Changing Pose, Changing Character, Changing Costume Designs ★

Final product without watermark will be sent in JPEG or PNG, or other formats which the client requests.

Commercial Artworks start from x2~x3 of total normal price. Please consult the artist regarding the purpose of the commercial client needs, prices will be adjusted depending on the situation.
